We currently offer two mobile devices:
- Time ( This is my Emergency) – wristband-style device with optional fall detection.
- DDD (don’t die device )– our newest mobile device, includes built-in fall detection.
Medical Life Alarm is a U.S.-based company. This company is the provider of medical alert devices and 24/7 monitoring services. We are dedicated to helping seniors and families stay safe at home and on the go.
Our highly trained, U.S.-based operators answer within seconds. They’ll talk with you, understand the situation, and send the help you need.
Original Medicare usually does not cover medical alert devices. However, certain Medicare Advantage or private insurance plans may help. It’s best to check with your plan provider.
Yes. Your Medical Life Alarm can be used to get help for anyone nearby in an emergency.
Our Equipment
No. Both devices work independently using 4G LTE (Verizon or AT&T). You don’t need a cell phone, Wi-Fi, or landline.
We’ll check your area to make sure you’re connected to the strongest network (Verizon or AT&T). If cellular service is unreliable, our at-home landline-based system may be a better option.
Yes. All of our devices are water-resistant and safe for shower use (just don’t fully submerge in water).
Yes. The Time (This is my Emergency) is worn like a watch and comes with optional fall detection.
- DDD (don’t die device ): up to 1–2 weeks on a single charge.
- Time ( This is my Emergency): up to 5–6 days on a single charge.
Yes, our devices are designed to be safe for people with pacemakers.
No problem, you just have to let the operator know it was a false alarm. No help will be sent.
Starting Service, Shipping & Payment
Plans start at $50/month. There are no extra fees for equipment, activation, or shipping. Prices depend on the device you choose Time ( This is my Emergency), DDD (don’t die device ).

Yes, you can switch plans anytime, you can pay monthly, quarterly, or annual.
Standard shipping is free.
Your orders usually arrive in 2–3 business days with USPS Priority Mail.
Yes, expedited shipping is available. Just call us to arrange it.
It’s very simple! Just plug in or charge the device (for mobile systems). Most customers can set it up in minutes without help.
Replacement Devices & Canceling Services
You have two options:
- Pay a one-time replacement fee (depends on the device).
If your device is faulty, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Just call us and send the equipment back. We offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are on a quarterly or annual plan, we’ll refund any unused months.
